摘　　要：新中国体育立法的初创与发展时期,主要以政府立法为主,立法的政策性很强。在体育立法的恢复与提高时期,由于民主与法制建设的要求,加快了体育立法步伐,提高了立法的科学性和严谨性,以部门立法为主。实行依法治国后,我国体育立法飞速发展,突出了对公民体育权利的保护性立法。Since the founding of our People＇s Republic of China, the new establishment of sports legislation is primarily determined by the government. The legislation has a strong type of policy, During the period of enhancement of legislation, due to the demands of democracy and legislative construction, the process has a step forward, and at the time making it more scientific and rigorous, and being mainly made up by administrative departments, After working out the rules of running a cotmtry by laws, our country sports legislation is to have a rapid development. Meanwhile, the rttles have stressed the protective legislation to the citizen＇s sports right.
