摘　　要：运用比较优势原则调整农业结构、进行农业区域布局、发展特色农业,是保持农业可持续发展和提高农业竞争力的一个重要选择。首先分析了黑龙江省农业生产的比较优势以及在国家粮食安全中的重要战略地位,同时提出了制约黑龙江省农业可持续发展的主要因素,最后提出了黑龙江省农业经济可持续发展的战略措施。In order to maintain the sustainable development and enhance our agricultural competition, it is important to apply the principle of comparative advantage, to adjust the agricultural structure,make a more reasonable layout and develop a special agriculture. First of all,this paper analyses the comparative competition of agricultural production in Heilongjiang Province as well as the important strategic position in the whole country＇s grain security. At the same time,it has proposed the main factors that restrict the sustainable development of agriculture in Heilongjiang province and strategic measures in sustainable development agriculture economy in Heilongjiang province.
