摘　　要：在房地产的发展过程中,资金扮演着重要的角色。本文从我国的国情出发,并借鉴了各国房地产企业融资的经验,首先介绍了我国房地产企业在融资方面的发展状况以及基本的融资理论,然后对企业的融资手段—上市、房地产基金、债券等做了完整的介绍和阐述,并具体分析了各种融资手段的利弊及可操作性。In the development process of real estate industry, funds play an important role. Based on theconcrete situations of our country and experiences of the real estate enterprises in all other countries infinancing, this paper introduced the development situations of real estate enterprise financing in our country and the basic financing theories. Then it thoroughly expounded such financing means for enterprises as selling stocks,real estate funds and bonds. Finally, it concretely analyzed advantages and disadvantages of financing methods and their maneuverability.
