摘 要:由于地区投入产出表的编制需要投入大量人力、物力,基于已有统计数据进行的非调查编表方法一直受到学界和统计部门的重视。中国各省市大都将编制地区表作为一种制度,编表方法的研究具有重要意义。本文以中国1997年27个地区的40部门投入产出表为背景,实证了国外常用的传统非调查编表方法对于中国的不适用性,并基于中国的特点,提出了基于稳健回归的FES法。实证结果表明,该方法的编表准确度明显高于其它传统方法。Because of large expenses on regional input-output tables, considerable attention has been paid for the construction of regional IO tables. The high cost of fully-survey IO tables makes the non-survey models of construction tables always being a "hot" topic for the past decades. For the rapid development of China, which has high disparities between regions at the same time, the traditional non-survey methods which work very well in other countries may be not suitable for the Chinese regional tables. Based on the pattern analysis of the set of Chinese regional IO tables for 1997, covering 27 regions and 40 industries, this paper proposes Robust-FES method, and tests it against traditional methods. The results show that our method, in most cases, outperforms the traditional ones.
