摘　　要：通过对不同作物根际土壤的处理，分离纯化出92株细菌，从平板对峙培养和菌液对致病镰刀菌的抗生作用实验结果中，进一步筛选出12株对三种致病镰刀菌生长有抑制作用的拮抗菌。92 bacteria were isolated by managing the root soil of different crops. Theywere tested stalemate culture and antibiotic function to causing disease Fusarium on agarmedium. As a result tests, 12 strains of antagonistic microorganism were further selectedfrom 92 bacteria.
