摘  要:以(-πC5H5NC16H33)3[PO4(WO3)4]作为催化剂,1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,H2O2(30%,质量分数)为氧源,在无酸环境下直接合成环氧大豆油,并利用正交实验的方法对大豆油环氧化反应的工艺条件进行优化,得出了最佳反应条件为:n(H2O2)∶n(大豆油双键)=1.25∶1,m(二氯乙烷)∶m(大豆油)=3.5∶1,反应温度70°C,反应时间4 h,产品环氧大豆油的环氧值大于6.2%,碘值小于2.60 gI/100 g,达到一级品要求。催化剂循环使用三次催化活性保持不变。Using (π-C5H5N16H33)3[PO4(WO3)4] as catalyst, 1, 2-dichloroethane as solvent and H2O2 (30%, mass fraction) as oxidation agent, soybean oil epoxide was synthesized without using organic acid as active oxygen carrier. The synthesis conditions was optimized using orthogonal experiment, and the optimized reaction conditions were as follows: n(H2O2) : n(double bonds of soybean oil)= 1.25 : 1, m(1, 2-dichloroethane):m(soybean oil)=3.5 : 1, reaction temperature was 70℃, and reaction time was 4 h. Under these optimized conditions the quality of soybean oil epoxide can reach first degree, whose epoxy value is higher than 6.2%, and the iodine value is lower than 2.60 gI/100 g. The catalytic activity of the catalyst remains relatively constant after being reused three times.
