摘  要:结合华电灵武发电有限公司空冷机组的实际情况,对直接空冷系统在严寒环境下出现的冻裂问题进行了分析,提出了防治冻裂的对策。通过改进空冷岛结构,优化运行过程中不同环境条件下的风量调节等措施,可有效克服直接空冷系统运行中出现的冻结问题,从而提高空冷机组安全经济运行水平。Combined with real situation of air cooling units in Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Generation Co Ltd, the frost- cracking problem occurred in direct air cooling system under severe cold circumstances has been analysed, and counter measures for preventing frost- cracking being put forward. Through measures,such as retrofitting the structure of air cooling island,and adopting adjustment of the air flow rate under different environmental conditions in operation - optimizing process, the freezing problem occurred in operation of direct air cooling system can be effectively eliminated, thereby, the safe and economic operation level of air cooling units being enhanced.
