摘  要:针对预焙铝电解阳极组装车间在进行阳极钢爪浇铸时,由于爪头迅速升温引起其上蘸有石墨涂料迅速燃烧膨胀,造成铁液飞溅、火焰升高、烟气浓重、磷铁环压脱困难等生产问题,设计了一种基于AB Logix5000PLC和PV1000触摸屏的、具有自动加热烘干、在线监视、离线故障检测和多台机协同工作功能的全自动在链式阳极钢爪烘干控制系统。系统在生产现场的良好运行,证明了方案的可行性,提高了阳极组装车间安全文明生产标准化水平。Since the temperature of claw increases sharply during casting steel claw in the prebaked anode assembly electrolytic production, it causes the graphite coating on the claw's dip combust and expand rapidly, thus reuslts in molten metal spatter, flame increase, dense smoke and press separation of phosphoric pigiron ring. A automatic control system for the chain anode steel claw dryer is designed with a Logix5000PLC AB and PV1000 touch screen, along with automatic heating and drying, online monitor, Off-line fault detection and multi-functional coordination. The system runs well in the production site, thus prove the feasibility of the program and improve anode assembly shop safe and civilized production level of standardization.
