摘  要:常用油气输送管道对接环焊缝的检测方法有射线检测和超声检测两种。介绍了国内外射线检测和超声检测的现状及其发展趋势。分析了两种检测方法各自的优缺点:射线检测对体积型缺陷(如气孔、夹杂)的检测非常有效,而超声检测可用于平面和立体两类缺陷的检测,且检测灵敏度比射线检测高。最后对我国油气输送管道对接环焊缝检测的发展提出了几点建议。Radiograph and ultrasonic are commonly used for inspecting girth welding seam of oil & gas pipeline.This article introduces current situation and development trend of radiographic and ultrasonic inspection in domestic and abroad, analyze advantage and disadvantage of the two inspection methods,namely,radiograph inspection is effective to detect volumetric type defect(porosity,slag),and ultrasonic inspection mainly detect planar and three-dimensional type defect,and sensitivity of ultrasonic inspection is higher than that of radiograph inspection.It also puts forward suggestions about the domestic development of girth welding seam of oil and gas pipeline.
