摘  要:作为一种集快速凝固、半固态加工和近终成形加工于一体的新型材料制备方法,喷射沉积技术及其应用受到了广泛的关注。简要介绍与回顾了喷射沉积技术的原理、特点及其发展历史,总结了适于喷射沉积多孔材料塑性变形的基本规律,重点介绍了大尺寸喷射沉积坯料的后续致密化加工的研究进展,并对今后的发展方向进行了探讨与展望。Spray deposition(SD) technique together with its application have attracted extensive interest in recent years as a novel materials processing method integrated with rapid solidification, semi-solid processing and near net-shape forming. In this paper, the principle, characteristics of the SD as well as its development are briefly introduced and reviewed, and the deforming theory suitable for porous spray deposited materials is summarized. The research progress of subsequent densification processing for spray deposited preforms is introduced emphatically and the development direction in future is proposed.
