摘 要:应用PRO II软件开发了环氧乙烷-氨法(EO-NH3)生产乙醇胺工艺流程的反应模型,经与工厂实际生产数据比较,该模型可以很好地计算EO-NH3的反应过程。使用该模型计算了进料中不同NH3和EO摩尔比条件下的产品分布,计算了一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺循环量对产品分布的影响,并给出了当目标产品分别是单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺及三乙醇胺时最优操作参数的选择方法。对于期望的产品分布,可通过对不同条件下的反应过程进行模拟计算,找出最适宜的操作条件,使目标产品的产量最大。Simulation model of ethanol-amine formation reaction through EO-NH3 method was established with PROII software.Calculation results of this simulation model were very close to real data from existing plant.Product distributions of ethanol-amine at different NH3/EO mole ratio were calculated by using this model.The impact of monoethanolamine(MEA) and diethanolamine(DEA) recirculation on products distribution was investigated.Operating parameter optimization method was discussed,where the target product is MEA,DEA and triethanolamine(TEA) respectively.For different target product distribution scheme,most suitable operating parameters can be calculated by using this model to maximize the output of target products.
