摘 要:采用普通陶瓷工艺制备Ni0.25Cu0.4CoxZn0.35-xFe2O4(x=0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20)铁氧体材料。首先研究了Co2+离子取代对材料截止频率fr的影响,结果表明随着Co2+离子含量的增多,材料的截止频率不断升高。然后在主配方Ni0.25Cu0.4Co0.15Zn0.2Fe2O4中掺入不同含量的PbO,并在不同温度烧结下,考察了PbO含量和烧结温度对材料截止频率的影响,结果发现,加入PbO使得材料的烧结温度降低,从而改变材料内部的微观结构,使得材料的晶粒更加细化、均匀且气孔率较低,最终制备出可应用于射频领域的细晶粒宽频带NiZn铁氧体材料,得到一种相对起始磁导率iμ为7时截止频率fr为700MHz的低磁导率高截止频率材料。Ni0.25Cu0.4CoxZn0.35-xFe2O4 (x = 0. 05,0. 10,0. 15,0. 20) ferrites was prepared by traditional ceramic process, studying the effect of cut-off frequency on material along with Co ions substitute and altering the microstructure. The article first investigated the change of cut-off frequency with the change Co ions content. The effect of PbO doping on cut-off prequency of NiZn ferrites was also investigated in certain Ni0.25Cu0.4Co0.15Zn0.2Fe2O4. It was found that the sinter temperature was reduced with the increasing of PbO content,and the microstructure was altered inner the material, so the uniform grain size of the material was thinner, the equalitier and airhole radio was also reduced. Finally,the thin uniform grain size and brond band NiZn ferrite was prepared. The material was applied in the radio frequency. When the initial permeability was 7, the cut-off of the material was 700MHz.
