摘  要:研究利用电子探针、显微硬度仪、X射线衍射手段对不同工艺下的化学镀Ni-P镀层进行了研究,结果表明了镀层的化学成分仅与主盐与还原剂的浓度有关,与络合剂的数量无关,但络合剂的数量可以改变镀层的微观形貌及镀速,以及影响镀层的结晶形态,随络合剂数量的增加镀层中纳米相的比例增加,在微观硬度上表现为增加。In this study, the coating of electroless nickel-phosphorus prepared in different process was studied by means of TEMA, SEM, micro-hardness tester, and XRD. The results showed that the chemical composition of the coating was mainly depended on the concentration of main salt and the reducing agent. The concentration of complexing agent had no effect on the chemical composition of the Ni-P coating. However, the concentration of complexing agent can change the Surface morphology of the coating and the plating rate and affect the microstructure of the coating. The ratio of nano-phase increased with the increase of the concentration of complexing agent. Furthermore, the micro-hardness was enhanced as the results of increasing the ratio of nano-phase.
