摘 要:以铝纤维、有机胶为主要原材料,制成铝纤维吸声板,并对其吸声性能进行了研究。结果表明,铝纤维板具有优秀中低频吸声效果,铝纤维板的厚度、密度、背后空腔与材料的吸声性能密切相关。实验显示,当吸声板密度为382kg/m3、厚度为50mm时,平均吸声系数最大为0.65。另外厚度为10mm的吸声板,背后空腔深度为40mm时,平均吸声系数可以达到0.64。Aluminum fiber absorption board were prepared by aluminum fiber and organic glue. The sound absorption property of the samples were studied. Aluminum fiber absorption board has excellent absorbing property at medium and low frequency, and the sound absorption property of aluminum fiber absorption board was closely correlated to its thickness, density and cavity on its back. The results show that the average coefficient of sound absorption was 0.65, when its density is 382kg/m^3 and its thickness is 50mm. In addition the average coefficient of sound absorption was 0. 64, when thickness is10mm and a cavity on its back is 40mm.
