深圳市龙岗区2007年健康人群流感抗体监测分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解深圳市龙岗区健康人群流感抗体水平,分析和预测流感的流行趋势,为预防和控制疫情提供依据。[方法]应用血凝抑制试验对深圳市龙岗区不同年龄组健康人群的血清进行流感病毒抗体检测。[结果]人群对各型及亚型毒株的抗体阳性率都在50.0%以上,其中H1N1阳性率为64.7%,H3N2阳性率为82.3%,BV阳性率为60.3%,BY阳性率为50.0%。[结论]H3N2型是2007年流行的优势毒株,发生大暴发的可能较小。[ Objective] To investigate the level of antibody of flu in healthy people in Longgang district of Shenzhen, and to analyze and predict the prevalent trend so as to provide basis for prevention and control of these disease. [Methods] The hemagglutination inhibition test was conducted to detect the influenza virus in serum among health people in different age groups. [Results] The positive rates of antibodies among health people for all strains of influenza Virus and their subgroups were above 50.0%. The positive rates of H1N1, H3N2, BV and BY were 64.7%, 82.3%, 60.3% and 50.0%, respectively. [Conclusion] H3N2 with little probability of outbreak of flu is the dominant strain of influenza virus in 2007.
