济南市2003～2006年艾滋病筛查网络实验室建设与检测情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]建立健全济南市艾滋病筛查实验室网络,确保最大限度地及时发现艾滋病病毒感染者及病人,规范筛查实验室工作程序,提高艾滋病检测工作质量。[方法]依据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求采取现场考评与质控血清考核相结合的方式,制定统一考评标准。[结果]2003～2006年济南市分4批共有60家实验室通过了山东省疾控中心艾滋病确认实验室专家组的终审验收,取得艾滋病筛查实验室资格,均进行HIV抗体检测工作。[结论]我市艾滋病筛查实验室网络的形成及规范化建设,能够满足我市HIV抗体检测工作需要,网络建设为最大限度的发现艾滋病病人和病毒携带者提供了技术支持。[Objective] To establish and perfect the HIV screen network lab, to ensure patients with AIDS or the virus carriers to be found promptly and thoroughly, to standardize work procedure of screen lab, and to enhance the quality of HIV inspection in Jinan. [Methods] By combination of on-the-spot evaluation and quality control of serum examination based on ＇National technique criterion of HIV inspection＇ , the unified evaluation standard was established. [Results] 60 laboratories in Jinan from 2003 to 2006 had passed the final judgment of expert team on HIV acknowledgement from the CDC of Shandong province, obtained the qualification of HIV screen lab, and carried out the examination of HIV antibody. [Conclusion] The establishment of HIV screen lab and its standardized construction could meet the need of HIV antibody inspection of Jinan, the network construction could provide technique support for utmost finding the patients with AIDS and virus carriers, Analysis of the infection situation could explain the necessity and significance of establishing HIV screen lab network for increasing investigation of AIDS infection situation among all the residents.
