5-单硝酸异山梨酯与硝苯吡啶及依那普利联用治疗难治性高血压50例

摘　　要：[目的]评价5-单硝酸异山梨酯与硝苯吡啶及依那普利联合应用治疗难治性高血压的临床疗效。[方法]对50例难治性高血压应用多种性质不同的降高血压药物疗效不好的患者,用5-单硝酸异山梨酯(50～100mgqd×6个月)+硝苯吡啶缓释片(30bid×6个月)+依那普利(10mgbid×6个月)口服治疗,观察治疗前后血压、心率、动态心电图(Hoter)等变化,并追踪随访半年。[结果]治疗后收缩压和舒张压明显下降(P﹤0.01),临床降压总有效率舒张压为96%,收缩压为90%,治疗后心肌缺血、心律失常有显著改善(P﹤0.001),心率、血脂及血糖无明显变化(P﹥0.05)。[结论]5-单硝酸异山梨酯与硝苯吡啶及依那普利联用治疗难治性高血压有较好的疗效。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical curative effect of isosorbide -5-mononitrate combined with Nifedipine Controlled Release tablets and Enalapril Maleate on the resistant hypertension patients. [ Methods] 50 patients with resistant hypertension who had poor curative effect of various drugs for hypertension were oral treated with isosorbide -5-mononitr combined with Nifedipine Controlled Release tablets and Enalapril Maleate. The change of blood pressure, heart rate and Hoter were observed before and after treatment. These patients were followed up for half a year. [Results] The shrink blood pressure and relax blood pressure were significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rate of antihypertensive for relax blood pressure was 96%, and for shrink blood pressure was 90%, the symptoms of heart muscle ischemia and arrhythmia were significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0.001 ）, while the values of heart rate, blood fat and blood sugar did not showed significant different after treatment （P 〈 0.001 ）. [Conclusion] Isosorbide -5-mononitrate combined with Nifedipine Controlled Release tablets and Enalapril Maleate is helpful for treating resistant hypertension.
