摘 要:提出了一种组合流态化清灰的颗粒层除尘器,该除尘器采用固定床过滤、流化床清灰,实现了颗粒层除尘、清灰一体化,同时也克服了移动床清灰过程中颗粒间隙增大和颗粒错位等因素对细微灰尘除尘效率的影响;分析了颗粒层的清灰周期对除尘器性能的影响.实验研究了颗粒层清灰时间与流化速度的关系以及颗粒层除尘器的性能。理论和实验表明,新型颗粒层除尘器除尘效率高,清灰方便、及时。This paper proposed one kind of combination fluidization clear ash Granule-Layer dust catcher. This dust catcher uses the fixed bed filtration and the fluidized bed clear ash . It has realized the Granule-Layer dust removal and the clear ash integration. It also simultaneously overcomes the dust removal efficiency influence of the factors of pellet gap increases and the pellet dislocation etc. , during the moving bed clear ash process; it has analyzed the Granule-Layer clear ash cycle to the dust catcher performance influence. Experimental study Granule-Layer clear ash time and the fluidization speed relations, as well as Granule-Layer dust catcher performance. The theory and the experiment indicated that, the dust removal efficiency of the new Granule-Layer dust catcher is high; the effect of clear ash is convenient and prompt.
