摘　　要：烟囱冒黑烟是燃烧恶化的一个重要标志。就超临界直流燃煤锅炉燃油工况冒黑烟这一问题,从各方面分析燃烧恶化的原因,根据实际经验总结出减少黑烟的燃烧调整方法和对启动油枪根部风的设计提出改选意见。The black smoke is the symbol of the worse combustion. This paper aims at the problem that the chimney of supercritical direct-through coal-fired boiler emits black smoke （when diesel oil is burning）, and analyzes the reasons of the worse combustion from all aspects, then summarizes the combustion adjustment methods and give the advice about changing the root air of startup oil gun.
