摘  要:焊接是锅炉安装中一道重要工序。合理的施工方案能降低焊接操作难度,减轻工人劳动强度,提高焊接质量,降低施工成本;不合理的施工方案不仅会增加焊接操作难度及工人劳动强度,降低内在质量,甚至增加额外工作量。总结了哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司生产的HG-1900/25.4-YM4型锅炉安装经验,阐述省煤器、水冷壁、再热器、过热器等锅炉组件的施工方案及P91大径管焊接热处理工艺,指出安装中需注意的问题,为同类型锅炉的焊接施工组织及实施提供可借鉴之处.Welding is a very important procedure in the period of boiler erection. A reasonable engineering scheme may reduce the welding operation difficulty, ease the labor intensity, improve the welding quality and reduce the construction cost. On the other hand, an unreasonable engineering scheme may not only increase the welding operation difficulty and the labor intensity and debase the internal quality; but also add extra workload. This paper sums up the erection experience of HG-1900/25.4-YM4 type boiler manufactured by Harbin Boiler Co. Ltd. , expatiates the construction scheme of economizer, water wall, reheater, superheater and other boiler components and P91 largediameter pipes welding and heat treatment technics, and points out the problems during erection, which may have reference for the same type boiler welding construction organizing and practice.
