摘　　要：阵面电源作为相控阵雷达的主要部件之一,因其使用数量较多,为提高测试效率和精度,需要建立能够完成多项性能指标测试的阵面电源自动测试系统。介绍了阵面电源自动测试系统的组成及原理,系统采用NI公司的Labview虚拟仪器软件平台集中控制电源、负载和测试仪表,自动进行电源静态特性、动态特性以及电磁兼容和热特性测试,并基于数据库对测试数据进行管理和后处理。Tbe array power supply is a key component in phased-array radar. Because of large quantity of power supply units, it is necessary to develop an automatic performance testing system for power supply units. The structure and theory of automatic testing system is described in this paper. The virtual instrument software plafform-Labview （National Instrument Co. ） is used to control the power source, load and instruments to carry out test of static characteristics, dynamic characteristics, electromagnetics compatibility and thermal testing automatically. A database is developed to manage the test data and facilitate the data analysis.
