摘  要:根据资料获取的难易程度以及指标的科学性、可比性、全面性和动态性等原则,构建了区域水资源系统脆弱性评价指标体系,并对河北省水资源系统的脆弱性进行了评价。结果表明,在实施南水北调工程、强化本地节水措施力度、努力保证生态环境用水的条件下,2000~2030年河北省水资源系统的脆弱性程度将逐步改善。To address the difficulties in obtaining data and to act on the principle that a data indexing system should be scientific, comparable, comprehensive and dynamic, an index system for the evaluation of vulnerability of regional water resources was developed and applied in Hebei Province. The results show that water resources in Hebei Province will become gradually less vulnerable from 2000 to 2030, when the South to North Water Transfer Project is in operation, water-saving measures are taken and the ecological water demand is satisfied.
