皮肤再生疗法治疗供皮区创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察再生疗法对供皮区创面愈合的远期效果。方法:选择薄中厚供皮区创面21个,每个创面都用MEBO药纱布覆盖,术后72h采用半暴露疗法,术后1个月至1年对供皮区瘢痕及增生情况进行评估。结果:运用MEBO药纱布处理的薄中厚供皮区创面平均愈合时间为11.26d±3.84d。术后1个月～3个月供皮区创面平整柔软,未见瘢痕增生,术后半年供皮区皮肤接近正常皮肤。结论:应用MEBO药纱布处理供皮区创面可促进创面愈合,近期未见瘢痕增生。Objective： To observe the long - term effect of skin regenerative therapy on the healing of skin donor site wounds. Method： Twenty - one wounds were selected from various skin donor sites including thin, middle - thick or thick skin harvested. Every wound was covered with MEBO gauze ; half - exposed therapy was adopted 72 hours after harvested operation. Scars and hyperplasia at the sites of healed wounds were assessed at the following visits of one month to one year after operation. Results： The average healing time of these 21 wounds was 11.26±3.84 days. The healed donor site wounds were smooth and soft observed at one and three months after operation and no hyperplasia observed. The skin color at donor sites was very close to the normal skin observed at half of a year after operation. Conclusion： The application of MEBO gauze to treat skin donor site wounds is effective in improving of healing wounds with no hyperplasia observed in short term.
