摘　　要：分析了煤层气藏与常规砂岩气藏形成的差异规律和煤层气藏独具的赋存及产出特性。根据国内外煤层气勘探开发理论与实践，结合我国含煤地层沉积构造，提出了系统的有关煤层气勘探开发程序。文中以山西、河南两个地区煤层气勘探为实例，对勘探开发详评程序进行了实际论证。最后强调指出勘探开发程序阶段节奏可以加快，但不能逾越。The paper analyzes the different forming mechanlsm between coalbed gas reservoir and conventional sandstone gas reservoir and introduces the unique features concerning accumulation preservation and production of coalbed gas. According to the exploration and development theory and practice about coalbed gas and combining with the depositional and structural features of coal bearing formation,the authors give the systematic procedure of exploration and development of coa1bed gas- Finally, based on the two examples about coalbed gas exploration in Shanxi and Henan provinces,the paper discusses the evaluating procedure of exploration and development of coalbed gas. It is emphasized that the procedure rhythms can be accelerated,but not be transcended.
