摘  要:东部油田经过多年开发,因各种原因造成停产的事故井达数千口之多,如何再利用这些老井,恢复老井产能,是“稳定东部”战略的重要组成部分。近几年,东部油田针对各自的特点,不同程度地开展了φ139.7mm套管内定向开窗侧钻工作,技术水平也有一定的提高。本文根据中原油田老井的基本特点,着重介绍了φ139.7mm套管内定向开窗、侧钻轨迹控制、完井作业等工艺技术,并提出了小井眼定向侧钻存在的普遍问题及解决办法。The eastern oil fields have been developped for many years,and thousands of trouble wells caused by the varied factors have stopped production. How to resume the wells is an important part of holding production of the eastern oil fields. In recent years,the directional sidetracking have been worked and the technical level have been improved in the eastern oil fields. Based on the old well feature of ZYOF,this paper introduces the windowing, directional sidetracking, well trajectory controlling and completion technique inside the di 139. 7 mm casing. It also points out the common problems and the solvable methods about sidetracking of the slim hole. In 1996,the Drilling Technology Institute of ZYOF succeeded in two directional sidetracking wells inside the φ139. 7 mm casing. The well HC 5-27 is one of two wells,the total MD 2240. 7 m,the open hole length 310. 7 m,the horizontal displacement 113.05 m, maximum inclination angle 33°,the distauce to the targect 1. 69 m. It completely reached the geological requirement,and got better economic benefit. The well production is less than 1 t/d before side tracking,and now its production is 5 ~8 t/d. The successful completion of the two sidetYacking wells is a firm base for sidetracking horizontal well and deep well research of slim hole.
