汕头海运口岸2005～2007年入境重箱检验检疫情况分析

摘　　要：目的阐述对汕头海运口岸现场的检验检疫监管和风险分析,以防止由于入境重箱携带或夹带有毒有害物质、外来有害生物等而引起各种疫情疫病的发生和传播。方法对2005年1月～2007年12月从汕头海运口岸入境的所有重箱进行了现场的检疫查验和监管,并对结果进行统计分析和评估。结果汕头海运口岸入境重箱来源的国家或地区广泛、品种复杂,特别是携带传入疫病疫情的危险性和外来有害生物物品种类繁多,疫情复杂,截获量、检出率均逐年上升。结论入境重箱质量检验检疫情况分析为汕头海运口岸检验检疫工作和外贸发展提供极其关键而且重要的政策导向和风险评估,切实有效地履行职责,保护中国人民身体健康、生态资源和谐以及公共卫生安全。Objective Do quarantine supervision and risk analysis at Shantou ocean shipping port, in order to prevent heavy containers taking harmful materials, biologically hazardous life-forms, from entering into Shantou Port, resulting in injury and spreading of infectious diseases. Methods Do quarantine check and supervision on heavy containers entered Shantou Port from Jan.2005 through Dec. 2007, also do statistic analysis and evaluation on the result. Results The heavy containers came from lots of different countries and regions, the harmful materials and biologically hazardous life-forms were complex, the quantity found in these containers and the finding rate get more and more with time goes on. Conclusion The analysis on quarantine situation of heavy containers is very important to improve our ordinary management work and accelerate foreign trade, also very meaningful to keep the health of native people, the balance of ecological elements and the harmony of the society.
