用重建心阻抗图观察甲亢患者心功能的改变

摘　　要：目的探讨重建心阻抗图观察甲状腺功能亢进患者心功能改变的意义。方法检测甲亢组和正常对照组的重建心阻抗微分图,用重建非线性公式测算左室心功能,分别统计2组的心搏出量(SV)、每分心排出量(CO)、心排血指数(CI)、左室心功指数(LCWI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室心收缩力指数(LVHI)、总外周阻力(TPR)和心率(HR)。结果甲亢组的CO、CI、LCWI、LVEF、LVHI、HR明显高于正常组(P<0.01),而SV、TPR则明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论重建心阻抗图的测量结果能够反映甲亢患者的临床实际情况。Objective To investigate the cardiac function change of hyperthyroidism patient by means of reconstructed impedance cardiograph（RICG）. Methods The reconstructed impedance different cardiography for the patient and normal groups was measured. The left ventricular cardiac function was calculated by the non-linear formula of RICG and the cardiac function data of two groups were statistically calculated respectively, which included stroke volume（SV）,cardiac output（CO） ,cardiac index（CI）,left cardiac work index（LCWI）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） ,left heather index（LVHI）,total peripheral resistance（TPR）,heart rate（HR）. Results The CO, CI, LCWI, LVEF, LVHI and HR of hyperthyroidism patient group were obviously higher than that of the normal group（P〈0.01） ,but the SV and TPR were obviously lower than that of the normal group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results measured by RICG can reflect clinic actual condition of hyperthyroidism patient.
