摘  要:目的:研究中药金果榄(Radix Tinosporae)两种基源植物:青牛胆(Tinospora sagittata)和金果榄(Tinospora capillipes)的化学成分,并比较它们物质基础的差别,为中药多基源植物的应用提供证据。方法:青牛胆和金果榄的根分别用95%的乙醇回流提取,在真空下浓缩提供乙醇提取物。乙醇提取物分别用氯仿和正丁醇萃取。氯仿部位和正丁醇部位分别用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶技术及反相HPLC半制备液相分离纯化,所得化合物通过它们的波谱数据并与文献值比较进行鉴定。结果:从青牛胆从分离鉴定了12个化合物(1-12)。另外从金果榄中分离鉴定了11个与青牛胆中化合物相同的结构(1-11)。结论:中药金果榄两种基源植物具有类似的化学物质基础。其中化合物1-3及7-9为首次从金果榄中分离得到。AIM: To study the chemical constituents of two original plants used as TCM Radix Tinosporae, and compare the material foundation of two original plants of Radix Tinosporae. METHODS: The roots of Tinospora sagittara and T. capillipes were refluxed with 95% EtOH, respectively, and the extracts were concentrated to afford ethanol extracts, which were partitioned with CHCl3 and n-Butanol. The fractions obtained were submitted to column chromatography over silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and purified by RP-HPLC on a C18 μ-Bondapak column (7. 8 mm×30 cm, flow rate 2.0 mL·min^-1) with 30% MeOH and recrystallization ( MeOH). The compounds were identified on the basis of their spectroscopic data. RESULTS: Compounds 1-12 were isolated from Tinospora sagittata, and the identical compounds 1-11 from Tinospora capillipes. CONCLUSIONS: Two original plants of TCM Radix Tinosporae have the same effective material foundation based on the similarity of chemical constituents of these two plants. Compounds 1-3 and 7- 9 were isolated from T. capillipes for the first time.
