摘　　要：目的了解团以下干部的疾病谱,为增进健康和优化卫生资源提供依据。方法选取某院2419份团以下干部病历,结合ICD-9,以Excel和SPSS进行统计。结果居前三位的系统为消化系统、其他、呼吸系统;前十种疾病中居前三位的为剖宫产分娩、胆囊结石、上呼吸道感染;妊娠、分娩和产褥期并发症中居前三位的为剖宫产分娩、正常分娩、流产;结论团以下干部的常见系统疾病、常见病种和剖宫产分娩率居高,发现了部队基层医疗后送过度,建议加强基层力量建设。Objective To investigate the disease spectrum of hospitalized PLA general cadres so as to provide data for optimating the army medical service. Methods The case file of 2419 hospitalized PLA general cadres were selected and a statistical study was made with Excel and SPAA according to ICD - 9. Results The first 3 disease systems were digestive system, the other and respiratory system; the first 3 in the top 10 diseases were cesarean section delivery, cholecystolithiasis and upper respiratory tract infection; in pregnancy, delivery and puerperal complications, the first 3 were cesarean section delivery, normal delivery and abortion. Conclusion The medical service in basic units should be strengthened.
