摘 要:目的分析小城镇供暖设备的技术可行性,选择适宜我国小城镇的供暖设备,为我国小城镇建设过程中选择供暖设施提出建议,为政府制定政策,企业开发决策提供依据.方法根据小城镇的特点,在定性分析的基础上,选用模糊数学的方法,构建综合评价模型,对现阶段的供暖设备从总费用年值、环境影响因素、能源技术导向以及舒适度四个方面进行综合评价.结果得到了现阶段小城镇建设的供暖设备选择优序,最佳供热方案是热电联产,其次是分户式燃气锅炉.结论基于模糊数学的评价模型综合考虑了影响小城镇供暖设备和方式的多种因素与效益,因此能够得到切合实际的综合评价结果,对小城镇的建设具有指导意义.The paper provides some suggestions on how to select heating equipment suitable for small towns of our country through technological analysis for governmental policymaking and enterprise development decision. According to the characteristics of small towns, based on qualitative analysis, using fuzzy mathematical method, we constructed a comprehensive evaluation model, including such elements as total annual cost, environmental factors, orientation of energy technology and comfortability. We obtained the priority for selecting heating equipment suitable for small towns of our country at present: the best heating - supply scheme is to produce heating and electricity at the same tine; second, using gas boiler for each house respectively. Based on fuzzy mathematical evaluation model, we consider several factors and benefits of heating equipment and heating means, therefore, we obtain comprehensive evaluation results suitable for our country's condition.
