促进我国企业海外能源投资的国际法层面探析

摘　　要：分析了当前我国企业海外能源投资所面临的国际法制困境,指出我国政府应积极行动,力求与国外签订有利于我国企业海外能源投资的能源合作双边协定,并参与区域性及全球性有关国际投资、能源合作规则的制定,从而为企业海外能源投资营造有利的国际法制环境。An Analysis concentrates on the difficult situation of international law facing China enterprises in oversea energy investment. It is pointed out that Chinese government should take an active measure and try to sign a bilateral agreement of energy resource cooperation with foreign countries that is bene- ficial to oversea energy investment of China enterprises. It is also shown that our government should participate in the regulation establishment of international investment and energy cooperation in the region and all over the world. In this way, the beneficial environment of international legality can be made for enterprises in oversea energy investment.
