摘　　要：宁夏回族自治区水资源匮乏,而且逐年减少。过度开采和不合理利用使宁夏水资源形势更加严峻。在阐述宁夏水资源概况及其特点的基础上,分析了宁夏水资源保护方面存在的主要问题,提出了加强宁夏水资源保护的法律建议。Water resource in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is very poor and reduced yearly, meanwhile over - exploitation and insensible use make the situation of water resource here more serious. In view of this situation, the general conditions and characteristics in Nirgxia are explained, together with the analysis of main problems existing in the conservation of water resource in this region. Finally, some legal suggestions are proposed in order to strengthen the conversation of water resource in Ningxia.
