摘　　要：建设和谐大学文化要以马克思主义哲学为其理论基础,用科学发展观作为其指导思想,确立"以师生为本"的大学文化建设模式,建立起以和谐为主题的大学文化观,走全面、协调、可持续发展的道路,着力推进大学物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化建设。In constructing harmonious college culture, Marxist philosophy should be regarded as the theoretical basis while the scientific development view should be used as the guiding ideology. Meanwhile it is necessary to establish the construction model of college culture with teachers and students as the main body and build up the college culture view with the topic of harmony. Finally, by following the path of harmonious and sustainable development, different kinds of culture construction in college like matter, spirit, system and behavior can be promoted.
