二层头皮微粒移植治疗106例特重烧伤

摘　　要：选择特重烧伤患者106例,平均烧伤面积为体表总面积的(76.45±3.61)%,Ⅲ度烧伤面积为体表总面积的(51.74±2.98)%,手术面积为体表总面积的(58.79±5.43)%。每例患者选取较为对称、创面性质相同且采用不同层头皮微粒移植的2处Ⅲ度烧伤切痂创面进行对照,实验组移植二层头皮微粒;对照组移植正常头皮微粒。两组术后第3,4,5周末的创面愈合率基本相近(P均﹥0.05)。二层头皮微粒移植是一种有效的治疗大面积特重烧伤患者的方法,与传统正常头皮微粒移植无明显差异。106 severe bum patients were selectexl, whose average bum area to total area of body surface was （76.45±3.61） %, Ⅲ bum area to total area of body surface was （51.74±2.98） %, and surgery area to total area of body surface was （58.79±5.43） %. In each patient, different layers of scalp particles were implanted on the two symmetrical spots of Ⅲ burn area where had the same characteristic. The experimental group transplanted with the second layer of scalp particle, whereas the control group transplanted with the normal scalp particle. Recovery rate of injured area was similar in both groups at 3, 4 and 5 weeks after transplantation （P 〉 0.05）. The second layer of scalp particle transplantation is one effective treatment method to treat severe burn patients and there is no significant difference compared with traditional normal scalp particle transplantation.
