摘　　要：表皮细胞培养为皮源匮乏的大面积烧伤患者的创面封闭提供了新的思路和途径。然而,由于涉及到人体应用,对于实验室培养的表皮细胞临床移植可能引发的人体安全性问题尚需进行全面的评价,以期为表皮细胞的临床移植提供安全性保障。同时建立严格控制的标准化表皮细胞培养体系对于保证表皮细胞生物学特征的稳定及增强移植安全性具有重要意义。文章系统阐述了表皮细胞体外培养的安全性标准。Keratinocyte culture provides a new thought and approach for wound closure of large area burned patients. However, as it is used for human body, the transplantation of cultured keratinocytes in laboratory needs thorough assessment to ensure the safety in clinical application. In addition, to establish a rigorously controlled and standardized culture system for epidermal cells is significant for the biological stability of the keratinocytes and the safety of transplantation. In this paper, we described the safety standards of keratinocyte culture in vitro.
