摘  要:针对客车风扇电机电刷磨损快,使用寿命低的问题,提出一种实用新型小功率逆变驱动系统。在派克—戈列夫方程基础上得出一种准确预测该系统性能方法———系统状态方程分析法,通过实验证实了方法的正确性。分析与实验结果表明,该系统逆变器输出的两相电压、电流并不对称,增加其中电容的容量,可改善系统的对称性,提高系统的效率。采用该系统取代客车风扇直流电机,具有结构简单,控制容易,成本低廉的优点,实现了直流驱动无触点化,提高了系统寿命和可靠性。A novel small power inverter-fed induction-motor drive is present, concerning the fast wearing and tearing of the train fan motor and low life of it. On the basis of Paka-cliff equation, a method of predicting accurately the drive's performance is offered. which is called the drive state equation analysising method. The method is validated by test measurment. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the voltagts and currents in the two phases of its inverter are not symmetrical. The symmetry and the efficiency may be improved by increasing the capacitance of its capacitors. It is feasible to replace the fan motor in the train with the drive. It is simple in construction, easy in control and cheap in cost. By using it a brushless DC drive with high reliability and long life can be obtaind. 
