柴胡枳壳理气汤治疗胸胁挫伤临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨柴胡枳壳理气汤对治疗胸胁挫伤的疗效及优势。[方法]选择162例胸胁挫伤患者,随机分为治疗组113例和对照组49例,治疗组服用柴胡枳壳理气汤,对照组予口服元胡止痛片,两组病例以7d为1个疗程进行疗效对比。[结果]治疗组总有效率为97.3%,对照组总有效率为79.6%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]伤科柴胡枳壳理气汤对治疗胸胁挫伤疗效显著。[Objective] To explore the effect and advantage of Bupleurum Citrus Aurtantium Liqi Decoction from Lao＇s Trauma Section on chest sprain. [Method] Select 162 cases,randomly divide them into treatment group 113 cases and control one 49 cases the treatment one takes Bupleurum Citrus Aurtantium Liqi Decoction, the control one Ambigua Corydalis, 7 days for a course, then make comparison. [Result] In the treatment group,only 3 cases were not cured,the total effective rate was 97. 3% 10 and 79.6 for the control one. The treatment one was much better than control one. [Conclusion] The said decoction has marked cure effect on chest sprain.
