从血培养结果分析病原菌的分布及耐药性

摘　　要：[目的]了解我院2004-2006年间住院患者血培养阳性率，病原微生物的分布特征及主要病原菌的耐药性。[方法]使用全自动血培养仪培养血液标本，并对阳性标本进行鉴定和药敏试验。[结果]2004-2006年间，住院患者血培养阳性率分别是10．44％、8．87％、6．89％，呈下降趋势。革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、真菌的检出率分别是23．81％、56．67％、19．52％。[结论]3年来，住院患者的血培养阳性率呈下降趋势，但是否表明医院各科室在控制医院感染中取得了一定效果，有待于大量临床资料加以证实。[Objective] To understand the positive rate of blood test in the in-hospital patients in our hospital during 2004-2006, as well as the pathogeny microbial distribution and medicine tolerance of main pathogenic bacterium. [Method] Take all-auto blood culture instrument for blood sample make authentication and drug sensitive test to the positive sample. [Result] Their positive rates are 10.44 %, 8.87%, 6.89 % respectively,in downtrend. The check rates of Gram positive and negative bacterial, and fungus are 23.81%, 56.67%, 19.52 % respectively. [Conclusion] The downtrend of their blood culture positive rate may show definite result, is which got in controlling hospital infection？ This waits for large amount of clinical data for proof.
