天灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]天灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察。[方法]随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组采用天灸,一般在夏季三伏天治疗。对照组采用传统针灸治疗。[结果]按照VAS疼痛分级标准进行临床疗效评价,天灸组总有效率为90.0%,针灸组为83.33%,2组患者在临床疗效,天灸组明显优于针灸组治疗后的VAS及LKSS评分与治疗前比较(P<0.05),而天灸组的VAS评分与治疗前相比(P<0.01),2组在治疗后的LKSS评分上(P<0.05)。[结论]天灸疗法在改善膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛和功能活动方面具有明显优势,远期疗效理想,对早期患者可望治愈。[Objective] To observe cure effect of knee joint bone arthritis treated with sky moxibustion. [Method] Randomly make treatment group 60 cases and control one 60 cases,the treatment group take sky moxibustion,done in hot summer; the control one traditional acupuncture and moxibustion. [Result] Make clinical appraisal Under VAS pain grade standard, the sky moxibustion group had total effective rate 90.0%, acupuncture and moxibustion group 83.33% ; the former one was markedly better than the latter one on clinical effect;on VAS and LKSS scores before and after treatment of both, P〈0.05 ; on sky moxibustion group＇s VAS and LKSS score before and after treatment, P〈0.01;on both groups＇ LKSS score after treatment, P〈0.05. [Conclusion] Sky moxibustion therapy has obvious advantages in relieving the pain and improving function of knee joint bone arthritis,with ideal far effect;it can cure the early patients.
