摘 要:本文提出一种四冲程电控喷射式压缩空气发动机的整体设计方案;介绍压缩空气发动机电控系统的硬件设计、制作及调试;压缩空气发动机管理系统的软件设计及调试,确定不同工况下的进气控制策略,实现进气喷射正时和喷射脉宽的精确、灵活控制。搭建压缩空气发动机的综合试验台架和测试装置。初步台架试验表明,整体设计方案可行,电子控制单元软硬件设计合理可靠,实现了对压缩空气发动机的良好控制。In the paper, the general design plan of a kind of four- stroke Compressed Air Engine controlled by ECU has been proposed. The hard ware for the control system in the compressed air engine is described on its designing, manufacturing and commissioning. Design and commissioning of the management system software in the compressed air engine is presented. Proper strategies are applied to control air intake as to control precisely and flexibly the injection timing and pulse width under different conditions. For the engine, the comprehensive engine test bench and test device are also built. The initial experiments on the bench indicate that the general plan is feasible and the design of hardware and software of the Electronic control unit (ECU) is designed reasonably, so it enables the Compressed air engine runs well under the ECU.
