摘 要:用XRD技术研究了浸渍H2SO4后的无定性ZrO2和TiO2在不同焙烧温度下的晶化、相变及平均晶粒度的变化情况,并对四方相ZrO2的含量进行了初步的考察.实验结果表明,SO4(2-)的引入提高了氧化物的晶化温度,并对晶型的形成有走向诱导作用,使ZrO2易于形成四方相型,TiO2易于形成金红石型四方相的ZrO2含量主要受焙烧温度和处理液浓度的影响,焙烧温度越高,酸浸渍液浓度越大。The crystallization, phase transition and average crystalline grain size of amorphous ZrO2 and TiO2 impregnated with H2SO4 at different calcination temperatures were studied by using XRD method. The content of tetragonal crystal phase ZrO2 was investigated in detail. It was found that the incorporation of SO_4^(2-) increased the crystallization temperature, suppressed crystalline grain growth of ZrO2 and TiO2, and had directional induction for the crystal formation, i. e. TiO2 was convertcd into rutile type, ZrO2 was converted into tetragonal crystal phase easily. There is a close relation among the tctragonal phase ZrO2 content, calcination temperature and modifing soution (H2SO4) concentration. The higher the calcination temperature is, the lower the tetragonal phase content, and the higher H2SO4 concentration is, the lower the tctragonal will be.
