馏分油直接生产烃基润滑脂

摘　　要：用蜡膏稠化成品润滑油是生产烃基润滑脂的传统方法．基于对减压馏分油的结构及化学组成的分析，提出了直接采用减压馏分油制备烃基润滑脂的新方法，并制备出合格的烃基润滑脂．对制备烃基润滑脂的合理工艺流程及影响产品性能的主要工艺因素进行了分析，提出了合理的工艺条件．Lube oil preduct by wax used to prcpcration of alkyl lubricating grease is a tranditional technique. Based on the analysis of chemical composition and structure for a vacuum fraction, a new method was developed for preduction of alkyl lubricating grease from the vacuum fraction. The proper technology is presented, and the acceptable preduct was prepared. Meanwhile, the reasonable process of preduction for alkyl lubricating grease and the major procase factors affecting on prorluct pcrfomance, such as the ratio and additive of materials, were reported.
