摘  要:直线电机是电磁飞机弹射系统的关键组成部分。本文综合该领域最新的研究成果,对电机设计参数和基本机械结构进行了详细介绍;重点阐述了模块化定子结构,不同动子可以与之集成构成不同电机。该结构可以提高系统的集成和维护性能,但会对电机性能产生轻微影响;对永磁电机、直线感应电机与绕线磁极式电机三种常用电机设计进行了分析比较,介绍了三种电机各自的优缺点,着重考虑了对电力电子驱动设计的影响。在目前的技术条件下,永磁电机是最佳的选择。A lot of significant research focus on the field of linear machines for an electromagnetic aircraft launch system(EMALS). The paper introduces the design problem and basic format of linear machines for EMALS with an emphasis on modular stator structure by synthesizing the latest research results. The machine can be assembled from the modular stator structure with special rotor. The structure can improve the performance of system in assembly and replacement while slightly reduces the performances of the motor. Three kinds of machine including permanent magnet motor, linear induction motor and wound field coil motor are compared. Their advantages and disadvantages are presented with an emphasis on the design of the power electronics switching system. At the present state, permanent magnet motor is the best solution for the project. The paper can be as a reference for related research.
