手法加中频、温热疗法治疗髂胫束损伤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究以电脑中频疗法、温热疗法、手法治疗为主的综合治疗对髂胫束损伤的康复效果。方法将48例髂胫束损伤患者随机分为2组;对照组26例,予单纯手法进行处理;治疗组22例,加用电脑中频疗法、温热疗法等综合治疗,两个疗程后采用李氏髋关节功能评定标准对患者进行疗效评定。结果对照组痊愈7例、显效6例、有效9例、无效4例;治疗组痊愈13例、显效6例、有效3例、无效0例,经秩和检验,治疗组疗效优于对照组(u=2.00,P<0.05)。治疗前后髋关节功能评分差值中位数为,对照组18.00分,治疗组27.50分,两组比较有高度显著性差异(u=2.98,p<0.01)。结论综合治疗髂胫束损伤的康复效果显著,可发挥各疗法的协同作用,起到促进血液循环、松解粘连、解痉止痛的功效。Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of comprehensive therapies such as computer intermediate frequency therapy, distemper therapy and manipulation therapy in the treatment of injury of iliotibial tract. Methods 48 cases with injury of iliotibial tract were randomly divided into 2 groups; 26 cases in control group were only performed manipulation therapy; 22 cases in treatment group were performed the comprehensive therapies of computer intermediate frequency therapy and distemper therapy, evaluated the efficacies according to Li＇s hip joint function after 2 courses of treatment. Results In control group, 7 cases were cured, 6 cases had obvious effects, 9 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective; In treatment group, 13 cases were cured, 6 cases had obvious effects, 3 cases were effective, and no patients were ineffective, the efficacy in treatment group was better than that of control group by rank sum test （u=2.00, P〈0.05）. Medians of hip joint function difference before and after treatment respectively were, 18.00 score in control group, and 27.50 score in treatment group, there were obvious differences in the 2 groups （u=2.98, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of comprehensive therapies in injury of iliotibial tract was obvious, which could play synergistic effect of each therapy, have the efficacy of improving blood circulation, relax adhesion and relieve spasm and pain.
