摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜经鼻气管插管在抢救呼吸衰竭病人中的临床应用价值和技巧。方法采用纤维支气管镜经鼻气管内插管技术。结果38例呼吸衰竭患者均一次性插管成功。插管时间1-5min。结论纤维支气管镜经鼻气管内插管技术是一种快速、安全、有效建立人工气道的技术。值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate value of dinieal application of fiber bronchoscope under the guidance of nasal endotracheal intubation in rescuing patients with respiratory failure. Methods fiber bronchoscope under the guidance of nasal endtracheal intubation techonology were adopted. Results 38 eases of the patients with respiratory failwer have received one-time intubation successful outcome and intubation time lasted one to five minutes. Conclusion The fiber bronchoscope under the guidance of nasal endotracheal intubation technology is an effective establishment of a rapid and safe method of artificial airway. Worthy of being popularized in the clinical practice.
