摘  要:目的探讨固骼生应用于四肢骨折内固定手术的临床效果。方法2006年6月~2007年6月对四肢骨折经实施内固定术后,在骨折线周围及骨缺损内均匀植入适量的固骼生材料治疗四肢骨折患者88例。结果所有患者随访6~12个月,平均8个月。应用固骼生后,骨折平均愈合时间为12周。全部骨折临床愈合,无延迟愈合及不愈合。结论固骼生作为一种新型的骨缺损修复材料,在四肢骨折内固定术时植入骨骼生能明显加速骨折愈合过程,降低延迟愈合或不愈合的发生率。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Nova Bone in the treatment of fresh fractures of extremities. Methods During June 2006 to June 2007, After 88 eases of tubular fractures were treated with internal fixation, Moderate Nova Bone was injected evenly into around the fracture linos and bone defect. Results All the patients were followed up for 6-12 months (mean 8 months). The average time of fracture healing was 12 weeks and no delayed union or nonunion were found in them. Conclusion We found Nova Bone is an artificial synthetic material for bone defect repair, which can promote the healing of fracture after internal fgxation and it reduce incidence of delayed union or nonunion.
