摘　　要：目的：建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定山楂叶提取物中槲皮素含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Discovery C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．4％磷酸，梯度洗脱，流速为0．6mL·min，柱温为（30±1）℃，检测波长为256nm。结果：槲皮素进样量在0．084-0．420μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9994,n=6）。结论：本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好，可用于山楂叶的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of Quercetin in the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.by RP- HPLC. METHODS： The chromatographic column was Discovery C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.4 % phosphoric - acid in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.6 mL · min ^-1.The column temperature was（30 ± 1） ℃and the detection wavelength was set at 256 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of Quercetin was 0.084-0. 420 μg（ r = 0.999 4, n = 6） .CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and applicable for the quality control of the leaf of Crataegus pinnati fida Bge..
