摘　　要：目的:比较冬虫夏草与固体发酵虫草在化学成分上的相似性。方法:采用薄层色谱法,从总体成分和不同提取部位比较冬虫夏草和固体发酵虫草。结果:固体发酵虫草斑点位置同冬虫夏草基本一致,只是大小有所差别。结论:固体发酵虫草与冬虫夏草有相似的化学成分,有待进一步研究。OBJECTIVE： To compared the similarity between Cordyceps Sinensis and Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris in chemical components by TLC. METHODS： The similarity in total constituents and different extract fractions were compared between Cordyceps Sinensis and Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris by TLC. RESULTS： Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris and Cordyceps Sinensis were basically similar in that their TLC spots occurred at the corresponding place except a slight difference in size. CONCLUSION： Cordyceps Sinensis and Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris have similar chemical constituents, which remains to be further studied.
