摘  要:反应物流参数随反应历程的变化较大是石油化工催化重整过程的重要特征。本文在试验研究的基础上,建立了径向反应器气体变况流动的流体力学数学模型,并给出求解变况流动条件下布气系统流体力学数学模型的数学方法。借此模拟探讨了径向反应器在变况流动条件下主要结构参数和操作条件对轴向均匀布气的影响,为重整径向反应器的优化设计及操作提供理论依据和参考。In this paper,a mathematical model describing the hydrodynamics of the gas distribution system of a radial flow reactor has been developed for the case of change state flow of the gas,and a description of the uniformity and practical non uniformity of the gas distribution in a radial flow moving bed reactor has been also presented.A mathematical method has been given to solve the design equation system.Using the mathematical model,we explored the influence of the reactor structure parameter and the operating conditions on the uniformity of the gas distribution in a radial flow reactor.It provides a theoretical basis and better understanding for the optimum design and operation of the radial flow reactor in CCR.
