摘  要:胡文祥,史学兰,等.套管井短源距全波测井实验研究.测井技术,1997,21(5):329~334针对短源距固井质量评价方法开展了实验模拟研究。物理模型按10∶1缩小,并制作了相应的缩小换能器。实验结果表明,当一界面存在流体环隙时,相对自由套管情形,套管波在幅度减弱的同时,频率显著增大;一、二界面水泥胶结的缺陷或环空水泥的缺失均导致后续导波的持续振荡;而环空水泥的缺失量的大小与套管波幅度最为密切,二者为三次函数关系,研究结果认为,在一定的井眼和套管尺寸条件下,用套管波幅度评价环空水泥缺失量是恰当的;一界面的评价仅用套管波幅度或衰减是不准确的,最好利用整个套管波列;而以前所未利用的后续导波的幅度对于环空水泥胶结缺陷有明显的指示作用,是一种值得利用的信息。An experimental study has been carried out for the evaluation of cement bond quality using short spacing acoustic full waveform log in cased hole. Physical models are reduced by a factor of 10 from real well and the reduced transducers are built according to the principle of similarity. As microannulus exists between casing and cement (i.e. the frist interface), the experimental waveforms show that the casing wave has obvious increase in frequency and decrease in amplitude compared with the waveforms of free pipe situation. The guided waves have a durative oscillation when cracks exist at the first and second (i.e. between cement and formation) interfaces or when cement deficiency exists between casing and formation. The annulus cement deficiency rate has a close relation with the amplitude of casing wave which is a third power function. The result of the study shows that it is a proper way to evaluate cement deficiency rate by casing wave amplitude at a certain well size and casing size, that not only the amplitude of the casing wave, but also the full casing wavetrain should be used for the evaluation of the first interface, and that the amplitude of the subsequent guided waves which have not been used before is a good indicator of the quality of cement bond.
